RealID
Check out this mod... modifies your RealID online announcement to include the toon/realm you're on. Pretty handy sometimes...

Doesn't RealID already show the toon and realm you're on? (Mine does and I do not have this mod)

You have to hover over the person's name to see what toon/realm they're on. This just puts it as your status each time you log in I assume.
