Guild Charter

1	Gaming is about having fun; therefore playing WoW should be made fun as often as possible.

2	Success in game is important and the point of having a guild. The guild will therefore attempt to be successful in all endeavours. This success is to be defined by the guild leadership.

3	No one person is ever knowledgeable enough to make decisions that affect large bodies of people. Therefore, all guild decisions will be based upon lengthy discourse between all guild members, both those in leadership and those not. Everyone's voice is valued. Everyone has a stake in guild success.

Honesty always. If you have an issue with something or someone…say it. Say fuck if you have to. But say it. If there is anything to be abhorred by this guild, let it be disingenuous, two-faced, half-assed comments. If you want to call someone a dick, do it. Fight it out. If you're silent, you're not worth having around.

These principles are subject to change. They are by no means absolute. They are intended to not be. There has always been and will always be a reason to ignore any rule or principle. Everything in this charter is an idea, and therefore mutable. The guild is more concerned with your reasons for doing what you did or did not do, and we will judge each member based upon that, rather than the action itself.
